Holland, Amsterdam 1998

This was a mini break with our friends Trevor and Pat, the accommodation was in cabins on the boat from Hull. We have since been on the ferry from hull many times on the way to France, but this was the first time.

All you get is a day out in the city so you have to make the most of it, we did. On day one, we drank too much on the night getting there, I think Trev won in the casino.

We had time for a good wander around the center and we even had time for a boat trip around the center. We had a beer and a coffe in the Hard Rock Cafe and afterwards a look around the red light district.

Then we went to another pub with a cafe below (with plenty of drugs), before we had to head back to the ferry. The ferry back involved as much drinking as on the way there.
