There were quite a few of us on this trip, Me, Dot, Ralph, Nicole, Ralph's girlfriend Sarah, Nicole's friend Bell, Mick, Bren and baby Josh. We stayed in the Volga Hotel, in Calella on the Costa Brava, I think we were half board, it was our first time in a hotel overseas.
Mick had a video camera with him, this was the first time we had had a video on holiday with us. Although I am not sure any of the video still exists.
I remember that we had to cross under the railway to get to the beach, we also used the rail one day, to go for a day out in Barcelona. I also remember Ralph and Mick getting a beer that was like treacle in Barcelona.
